Cancellation policy

Free cancellation until the day of arrival.
2 – Cancellation conditions
The free cancellation period is possible until 6 p.m. on the day of arrival. If no cancellation is requested, or if cancellation after 6 p.m. on the day of arrival, the first night will be charged.
During competitions on the Circuit Paul Armagnac, the cancellation period is 72 hours. After this time, the entire stay is non-refundable.
To modify or cancel a reservation, the customer is invited to use the hotelier's website: www.solenca.com and click on: Modify a reservation.
Otherwise, the customer will send an e-mail to info@solenca.com.

Consumer mediation: After contacting the sales department and in the absence of a satisfactory response or in the absence of a response within 60 days, the customer may contact the Tourism and Travel Mediator free of charge, whose contact details are available on his website: www.mtv.travel.

Booking conditions

100% of the total amount of the reservation is requested to confirm the reservation.
1 – Price
Prices are in euros.
VAT is always included.
The prices indicated only include the services strictly mentioned in the reservation.
To the price mentioned in the reservation will be added, during invoicing, the additional services provided by the hotelier during the stay and, where applicable, the tourist tax.
The applicable prices are those in force on the day of the reservation.
Hoteliers, independent professionals, are free to vary their prices at any time.
Only the price indicated in the booking confirmation is contractual.

2 – Booking conditions and payment
a) For a direct booking on our website:
Full payment for the stay is made upon booking by credit card.
b) For a reservation by other means: telephone, mail, email or on site:
In order to guarantee his reservation, the customer is asked to communicate his valid credit card number, the transmission being done by secure mode.
The reservation is firm and final only after sending our confirmation to the customer.
Payment for all services is made on site before the client leaves.
The customer is asked to plan an arrival at the hotel before 6:00 p.m.
and to notify the hotelier in the event of late arrival.
During competitions on the Circuit Paul Armagnac, we prefer half-board bookings and the entire stay is payable on booking.
